Stéphane Vidal

Stéphane Vidal est ingénieur et docteur biochimiste. Il a débuté sa carriére en Australie à l'AWRI autour du théme de la caractérisation structurale des polyphénols de raisin et de vin en vue de déterminer leur influence sur l'astringence des vins.

A son retour en France, il prend la responsabilité du Laboratoire d'Inter Rhône au sein duquel il se concentre tout particuliérement sur les expérimentations portant sur les performances de différents bouchons et le programme européen Flavo sur les tanins du vin

Depuis 2007, il est directeur Scientifique en charge de la recherche œnologique au sein de Nomacorc.

Organised by Forum Œnologie and ISARA-Lyon, along with main sponsors Inter Rhône and the Revue des Œnologues, ISS will be held in the heart of Lyon's biotech hub. It will make use of the modern facilities at ISARA, an agricultural and food engineering school: videoconferencing, multiplexing and simultaneous translation, in order to present speakers from all over the world.
